This area is located on the way up to Prince’s Palace and offers stunning views across the whole harbour area. From certain positions it is possible to see sections of the circuit such as the Chicane after Tunnel,
Bureau de Tabac, La Piscine, La Rascasse and the whole pit-lane. Some of the walkways do offer more comfortable viewing, so it is recommended to be there early to get a good spot.
As this is on a hillside which is steep in places, we recommend upgrading to a grandstand package, or to the Café de Paris, particularly for our passengers who are elderly or of reduced mobility.
Café de Paris is a perennial favourite here at Worldchoice Sports. Enjoy a three course meal and half a bottle of wine per person as you experience the thrills of the race taking place around you.
Located in casino square, you really are in the heart of the action and of course, you will enjoy the hospitality of the café and its staff.
You can see the action around the track on big screens situated at various points around the dining areas to keep you on top of the leaders and the chasers all the way around the circuit.
Grandstands P&T Located in the “Piscine” area by the harbour, these grandstand seats offer first class views for serious petrol-heads. Grandstand T “Cale D’Halange” is found on the harbour-side with Grandstand P on the pontoon above the water itself. With a large seating capacity they enjoy a view of the straight section after the exit of the last right / left “S” of the Swimming Pool Complex. Its location opposite the pits, also places the spectator in the heat of the action, with a view of the mechanics at work during and after the race .
Grandstand Z is located just after the new Chicane. Z1 grandstand offers unnumbered concrete standing areas, and is located just before the Tabac Corner entry, on the short straight between the Nouvelle Chicane and the Tabac Corner. The stand is one of the less expensive stands and offers good value for money viewing. The terraces are very close to the circuit and overlook the marina as you can see on the photos. We recommend you take your places early in order to secure a good viewing spot, due to these terraces being unnumbered and due to several trees within the area.
Grandstands X1 & X2 lie on the Home Straight, yards away from the Start & Finish Line, between the grid and the track’s last corner. Views here include the last corner as well as the Home Straight. With good views of the Start and Finish and glimpses of the Podium Ceremony. A good deal of the race’s highlights can be seen from these vantage points.
Grandstands X1 and X2 are the closest to the start and finish of the race. Located on the main straight, spectators will also be within metres of the chequered flag and will be privy to pre-grid action.
